What it is

Most of this follow-up is spent moving and training — refining exercise technique, progressing or scaling the plan, and checking what changed since last time through a few targeted movement tests — so you leave knowing exactly what to keep doing before the next visit.

Progressing strength, mobility, or movement work
Getting coached through exercises that feel unclear
