This assessment is for individuals who have suffered injuries relating to a motor vehicle accident that is more than 3 months old. This assessment is a complete movement analysis, where we will gather information on your range of motion, strength, biomechanics, and more. We use our state-of-the-art equipment to determine your baseline values and build you an active rehabilitation from where you are to where you want to go.

Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
