Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and missed visits leave an unfillable gap in your physiotherapist’s schedule. To respect the time of our Physiotherapists and other patients, the clinic applies the following policy:
Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours: The full appointment fee will be charged.
No-shows: The full appointment fee will be charged.
How We Help You Keep Your Appointments
We offer multiple complementary reminder options to help you manage your schedule (you can opt in to any or all of these online or by asking our reception team):
Email reminders (48 hours, 30 minutes before)
Text reminders (2 hours before) - You must opt in for this service
Calendar sync options (Google Calendar, iCal)
Please note: it is your responsibility to be aware of and manage your own schedule.
To cancel or reschedule: please contact us by phone or email (info@woodlandphysio.com) Late cancellations and no-shows will be billed the full appointment fee.
