Non-Surgical Lumbar Decompression
Relieve chronic lower back pain, sciatica, and shooting leg pain with our advanced Lumbar Spinal Decompression therapy. This specialized, non-invasive treatment gently unloads the lower spine to relieve pressure on compressed discs and pinched nerves.
How it works: Using a computerized, high-precision decompression table, a gentle and controlled stretching force is applied to your lower back. This creates a "vacuum effect" (negative pressure) inside the lumbar discs, helping to draw bulging or herniated disc material back into place and away from sensitive nerve roots. It also forces a rush of oxygen, water, and healing nutrients back into the discs to repair the damaged tissue.
Best for: Sciatica (pain, numbness, or tingling shooting down the leg), herniated or bulging lumbar discs, degenerative disc disease (DDD), spinal stenosis, and chronic lower back stiffness.
What to expect: A comfortable, 30-minute session. You will be safely secured using specialized pelvic and thoracic harnesses while the computerized table applies a gentle, cyclic stretching and relaxing protocol. The treatment is entirely painless, highly relaxing, and designed to provide deep structural relief.
(Note: Because spinal discs lack a direct blood supply and heal slowly, a dedicated series of sessions over several weeks is required to achieve optimal, lasting results.)
