CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy . Any cancellations within 24 HOURS of your appointment time and NO SHOWS are subject to a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the original appointment . We do have voicemail/email/text that is checked regularly
INSURANCE AND HEALTH BENEFITS
We are happy to offer DIRECT BILLING to the majority of insurance companies. Coverage for your service depends on your plan
If you would like DIRECT BILLING , please be sure to fill out the ‘Consent for Authorization of Direct Billing’ form
Unfortunately there is N0 direct billing for ICBC or WCB clients
