Occupational Therapy In-Home Global Assessment
This assessment is to identify long-term safety and accessibility issues within your home. This assessment involves the functional assessment of the client and observation of the multiple areas of the home to determine areas where short-term and long-term solutions may be addressed.
Following the assessment, the OT will provide recommendations for therapy, assistive devices, assistance, and/or environmental modifications to increase an individual’s safety in their home.
Short-term and long-term recommendations are provided.
Pricing is for in-home visits within 15km of Zenula Health Clinic Location. Beyond that distance, additional costs of $75 per half-hour travel time and $0.70/km will be applied.
