This assessment is for individuals who have an acute/urgent need for OT, like getting discharged after hospitalization, joint replacement, change in health status, or incidence of fall(s) at home.
Pricing is for in-home visits within 15km of Zenula Health Clinic Location. Beyond that distance, additional costs of $75 per half-hour travel time and $0.71/km will be applied.
