Insurance & Payment Reminder: Physiotherapy claims and insurance coverage are ultimately the patient’s responsibility. While we may submit claims to your insurer as a courtesy when possible, we are not affiliated with insurance providers and cannot guarantee coverage or payment. Any portion not covered by your benefits remains payable by the patient. If payment is not received from your insurer within 60 days, the remaining balance will be billed to you.

Didn’t rush any of our visits, and made me feel heard for once. Michelle has also been so pleasant to talk to while coordinating everything, very helpful staff. “I was very fortunate to have received a cancellation call to see Dr. Sonja Mathes today. One of the best calls I have ever received. I had only 30min to get to my appointment and was taken right away into the doctors treatment room the moment I arrived. Dr. Mathes introduced herself and was very pleasant from the very start of my appointment. She asked me all of the pertinent questions regarding my rotator cuff pain. And proceeded to explain the results of my ultrasound and x-rays. She then spent approximately 20min with assessing my movements and pinpointing my condition. And finally, I got a complete explanation of the procedure that she was recommending. I'd have to say, Dr. Mathes is one of most knowledgeable and thorough physicians/surgeons that I have ever had the good fortune to assess my condition, and to provide the best possible treatment available. “The staff and doctor i dealt with were all very professional and kind. The website and information given about rebalance is misleading though at least in my experience. I have spinal issues as well as hip and pelvic issues after a fall. I was referred to rebalance and thought I would see multiple professionals to determine next steps for recovery. What actually happened was i saw a hip specialist who determined that although my hip did have a partial tear that was not healing it was not the main pain driver so I was sent home with access to pain control programs and an rx of physio. I've been doing physio for 3 years. No consultation with anyone else, no referral to a back specialist (which is what she felt was the pain driver) and no follow up appointments. “First went here in 2017. Received great treatment from all of the staff from the initial visit right up to the surgery in 2018, and the follow-ups after. “ReBalance is very good...The staff...the support, clear information, on time.......I am getting a new hip joint soon and it has been a great experience from the minute I started. Bravo to all the staff!!!!!( and the bosses...lets not forget them!!!!) I just had my hip replaced: everything went so well and I was home the same day.
