Welcome women who feel called to move, breathe, and connect with one another while honoring a day of equal light and equal night in this 2-hour ceremony. This will be an opportunity to hone in on abundance and harvest as we practice movement supporting our lungs, our grief and all that we are grateful for. Movement includes yoga, meditation, and Qigong and intuitive movement. We will follow our practice with some sharing about our Autumn and winter intentions as they arise in the moment.
