• Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
She is also trained in Shockwave Therapy, a non-invasive, evidence-based modality that supports recovery by enhancing circulation, stimulating collagen, and reducing inflammation.
Her background in gymnastics, choreography, yoga, and Reiki allows her to approach the body with both a technical and intuitive understanding. Adriana’s goal is to help patients better understand their bodies and feel empowered in their recovery journey.

Muscle Energy Technique (MET) is a form of manual therapy used by healthcare professionals, especially in physical therapy and osteopathy, to improve musculoskeletal function. It involves the patient actively contracting specific muscles against a carefully controlled resistance provided by the practitioner. This active engagement helps to stretch tight muscles, reduce muscle tension, improve joint range of motion, and promote muscular balance. The process typically includes positioning the patient in a specific way, instructing them to contract a muscle group against resistance for a few seconds, and then relaxing. This cycle may be repeated multiple times to achieve the desired therapeutic effect. MET is considered a safe, non-invasive technique that utilizes the patient's own muscle energy to facilitate healing and functional improvement.
