Lex is a 2013 graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. In the past Lex was a professional dancer in Canada and Europe. Being an athlete she understands the importance of rehabilitation and maintenance therapy. She strives to be a part of someone’s health care team with referring to other health care practitioners. She also takes the time to understand what the full picture of her patient's issue may entail. She is committed to working towards a therapeutic and goal-oriented relationship with her patients to keep them doing what they love. She applies her Graston Technique and Kinesio Taping within most of her treatments to provide her patients a more beneficial outcome with lasting results. Lex supports whole body and balanced lifestyles and treats accordingly while using her knowledge and skills to help people reach their optimal goals.

**Please note that treatments booked with a Student CANNOT be claimed to extended health benefits, WCB or ICBC** Booking with a Student of Massage Therapy is a great way for the patient to get a massage treatment at a very reasonable rate while enhancing the student's knowledge and experience, making this a WIN WIN for both parties! A real world work environment helps give the student the ability to learn in a clinical setting and deal with all types of bodies with different pathologies. This will also increase the student's hands on palpation skills and techniques. Please be ensured that there will always be a RMT in clinic for one on one mentorship with the student and to be able to help if any questions or issues arise. The student welcomes any and all critique so that they can hone their skills so please make use of the Student Feedback form and let's help make them the best RMT that they can be!!
