I’m passionate about helping you reconnect to your body and find balance. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing and supportive space where you can feel completely at ease. I blend anatomical knowledge, curiosity and an intuitive wholistic approach to tailor each session to your needs.
Beyond massage therapy, I’m a creative explorer, always learning from the landscapes around me and within me. Whether I’m singing, playing bass, gliding on the ocean on my sea kayak or surfboard, I find inspiration through rhythm and movement. This deepens my ability to show up present, playful and authentic in my work.

15-minute focused treatment on the diaphragm—your body’s primary breathing muscle. Releasing tension in this area can help support deeper, more effortless breathing, encourage nervous system regulation, and create a greater sense of spaciousness throughout the body. Please note: This treatment is not eligible for insurance reimbursement and must be booked in conjunction with a 60 minute treatment. If you wish to receive reimbursement through your extended health benefits, please book a 75-minute RMT treatment instead.
We’ll check your posture, muscle imbalances, and movement patters to tailor your massage and treatment plan. But if you just want to relax, we can skip most of the assessment and get you on the table sooner!
A follow-up massage to release tension, restore balance and improve posture.

This session supports the connection between breath, body, and voice. By releasing tension in the jaw, throat, diaphragm, and surrounding tissues, it helps create more ease, resonance, and authentic expression.
Neurokinetic Therapy is a hands-on technique that helps identify WHY a certain muscle feels tight, overworked, or “stuck’. Instead of just relaxing a sore area, NKT looks at how your brain is organizing movement. Sometimes a muscle is doing extra work because another is underworking. Your session includes manual muscle testing to identify which muscles are overworking and which are underworking. Using this information, we apply targeted muscle activation and hands-on massage to help your nervous system re-establish more balanced support and coordination. At times, releasing physical tension may also be accompanied by emotional release, such as a sense of relief, tears, or subtle emotional shifts. This is a normal response and is always held in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. When it feels appropriate, we may also use gentle affirmations to support the release of deeper layers of tension held in the body. Following your treatment, you’ll receive specific home exercises designed to reinforce these changes. Each exercise is demonstrated during your session, and you’ll also receive an email with clear instructions so you can continue the work confidently at home. What to wear: Please wear comfortable, active clothing that allows for movement. Shorts and a t-shirt work best, as they allow for accurate muscle testing and assessment.
