Alison is a compassionate and experienced parent support doula dedicated to guiding families through the early days of parenthood with empathy, calm care and practical support. Her work centers on helping new parents slow down, trust their instincts, and truly settle into the precious early moments with their baby.
Alison understands that becoming a parent can bring a mix of joy, exhaustion, wonder and overwhelm. She holds space for every emotion without judgment, creating an environment where families feel safe, supported and deeply cared for. Her goal is to nurture both parents and baby, whether that means tending to newborn care so caregivers can rest, offering reassurance during uncertain moments, sharing evidence informed information, or helping parents build confidence in their own unique rhythm as a family.
She is a strong advocate for rest, gentleness and connection during the postpartum period. Alison believes there is no single right way to parent, only the way that works best for each family. Through her warm presence and holistic, relationship centered approach, she helps parents feel held, heard and empowered as they transition into this new chapter.
Alison also provides Sleep Support & Education Services for families with children ages 0-3. Trained as a Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner, her approach is grounded in brain development, co-regulation, and supporting healthy sleep while protecting the parent-child relationship.
