This appointment is designed to address one issue only, such as: Headaches Sinus congestion TMJ dysfunction Ankle pain Wrist pain Neck or shoulder tension To make the most of your appointment: Please arrive on time, as the treatment must be completed within the scheduled 15 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing, such as yoga pants, loose-fitting clothes, or shorts and a T-shirt, to allow easy access to the area being treated. This short treatment is ideal for targeted relief or follow-up care when a full-length massage is not needed. We will only address one area of concern: headaches, sinuses, TMJ, ankle, and wrist. Acute injuries would not benefit form this kind of treatment If I do not think 15 minutes is enough I will reschedule your appointment or make it longer if I can accommodate it This is not an add on treatment, you can’t book 60 min and add 15 minutes I do not recommend this for FIRST VISITS or clients I have not seen before

Please note: we do not have special pregnancy tables at the clinic, but we can accommodate you while lying on your side during your massage.
