Ameeta completed her physical therapy degree in India in 2007. Her diverse experience includes working in hospitals, geriatric centers, rural areas, home care, and private clinics. In 2020, she relocated to Canada and received her PT credential in September 2022. Since then, she has worked in various settings such as orthopedic clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Ameeta aims to help individuals live healthier, more active lives while preventing the recurrence of injuries.
Ameeta has a focus in musculoskeletal (MSK) and neurological conditions; she is also a pelvic floor therapist, supporting women's health. She effectively treats conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and provides antenatal and postpartum care. Ameeta is dedicated to building honest relationships with her patients and motivating them to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Book this initial Assessment if you require help with vestibular rehabilitation or dizziness management. Please note the following important information regarding your appointment: Driving Safety: Patients are advised to arrange for transportation home after the assessment, particularly if they anticipate feeling dizzy or disoriented. The importance of safety is emphasized, and patients are urged to avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if experiencing dizziness. Medication Preparation: Patients who use Gravol or similar medications for nausea are encouraged to bring them to the appointment. This ensures they have access to necessary medications in case of discomfort during the assessment. Betahistine Prescription: Patients prescribed Betahistine are instructed not to take it on the day of the assessment. This precaution is taken to ensure accurate assessment results and to prevent potential medication interactions during the evaluation.
