This therapy recognizes that past experiences and traumas can become stored in the body's tissues, leading to chronic pain, tension, and emotional blockages. During body memory release treatment, you will be guided through breakwork, movement therapy, and guided visualization to help release the stored memory and emotions. Clients have experienced relief from physical symptoms, improved emotional well-being, and a greater connection with the body and inner self. A very powerful tool for healing and personal growth.
