Aria Pawlyshyn
SaveAria (also known as Kristina), has a passion for holding deep, compassionate space for people to feel whole within themselves. Part of Aria’s belief in maintaining optimal health, is integrating all of the body systems into the journey of self healing; the physical body, the mental body, the emotional body, and the spiritual body. She has a deep passion for seeing people fully, and brings a sense of intention and presence in every session. Aria became an RMT in 2018, and also trained in Reiki Energy Healing. She is also trained in Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitation Level 2, and is a trained Kambo Facilitator. She is currently still training in Somatic Experiencing, and is in her intermediate level.

In all of Aria’s treatments you can expect to receive a warm presence, client oriented goals for your session, and energetically intuitive hands. Her somatic-centered approach is to release tension and stress from the body in a gentle, compassionate manner to support the nervous system; and offer a supportive, healing space to recalibrate the body systems on its own time. This is beneficial for clients experiencing chronic stress, and increased nervous system responses.
Throughout her time in her RMT practice, Aria has worked with conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, facet irritation, scoliosis, SI irritation, nerve compression, muscle strains and many more. Aria has also worked with pregnancy discomfort, chronic pain & stress syndromes, and headaches.

This session starts with a one on one conversation about your intentions and areas of focus in your life that bring you to wanting to dive deeper into your breath. We will start with 30 minutes of massage, to open up tissues and tune into the sensations of the body. After the massage portion, we will transition into the breath portion. You will lie down, all cozy on a comfortable mat, and I will guide and facilitate you through breath for about 30 min. We will end the breathe session with another check in, and any intuitive guidance that comes through in the session for you. Please allow for a full 90 minutes total for proper integration before, during and after both modalities. This treatment is for you if you are new to breathwork, and wanting to dive deeper into how breathwork can help you on your healing path, while also feeling the need for some massage in areas of your physical body that are calling for some attention. Note: this treatment is not billable under RMT or to insurance policies.
