This treatment time includes assessment, intake, hands on treatment, reassessment and homecare. This 45 minute session is for subsequent clients visits only. If you are a first time client, please book the 75 minute session.
By booking this duration, you agree to the cancellation policy which requires a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation. Without 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the full treatment cost.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
