Ashley earned her diploma in Massage Therapy in 2017 at the Canadian College of Massage
and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). Ashley’s drive to succeed was rewarded by graduating with
honours. Since graduation, she has completed courses such as cupping therapy, gua sha,
personal training, grounding and protection, and stress management. She also has a strong
interest in manipulating the vagus nerve, which has direct ties to the “rest and digest” nervous
system.
Ashley’s goal is to touch the lives of as many people as she can through her therapeutic
approach, making a positive impact on not only the physical body, but also improving mental
and spiritual health. She has had a strong passion for serving others for decades, and is very
grateful she followed her path to becoming a professional who can help promote and facilitate
healing.
Ashley recently moved to Halifax to lay down new roots. She enjoys indulging in self-care
activities such as spending time in nature, especially near the ocean, musical experiences,
moving her body, making time for rest, and passing time with friends, family, and animals.
Ashley is continuously learning about the many aspects of health and wellness so she can not
only apply this to her own life, but help her patients apply this to their day to day. She also
believes that by making a difference in her patients lives it creates a ripple effect that can reach beyond her massage practice.
