Blaire graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career
College in 2019, prior to that he finished his bachelor’s in science at the University of British
Columbia majoring in psychology. Growing up in an athletic environment playing competitive
sports came with its fair share of injuries, he turned to massage therapy to help rehabilitate his
injuries. These experiences along with his interest in human performance and inquisitive nature
led him to become an RMT.
He is passionate about helping all his patients and believes each individual's needs are
different. Utilizing a combination of assessment and empathetic listening to create an
individualized treatment plan for each of his patients. His focus is always on helping his
patients reach their health and wellness goals.

A focused therapeutic treatment done in supine focused on the muscles and fascia of the face, jaw, neck, scalp and upper chest. Includes external facial techniques and intra-oral (buccal) manual therapy to address jaw tension, TMJ-related discomfort, headaches, and myofascial restrictions. Gentle lymphatic techniques may be incorporated as indicated. This includes the use of hot and cold hydrotherapy tools as well as subtle full body stretches to encourage tissue relaxation and support overall parasympathetic response. Informed consent is obtained prior to intra-oral treatment and can be removed at any time during treatment. Treatment tip: arrive without make up for optimal results- don't freshly wash your hair as it may get oily from the scalp massage. *Must be 2-3 weeks post filler/botox*

Fascial Stretch and Massage is a pain-free, mostly supine, therapist-assisted method of stretching the whole body using traction and gentle oscillating movements to decompress joints and lengthen fascial tissues, improving mobility and flexibility with added soft tissue work. This Stretch treatment is done fully clothed on the table, the patient is asked to please wear something comfortable that will allow your body to move freely (exercise/yoga wear) and bring clean socks.
