Important: Pricing changes will take effect June 1, 2026. Please review updated rates in each service description prior to booking.
We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations this includes not feeling well. If you do not show up, it leaves a hole in the therapist schedule where another patient could have come in.
Our clinic operates without reception, and all appointments require a credit card on file to secure your appointment slot. It will be charged for no shows and late cancellations.
We direct bill to most major insurance providers. All practitioners direct bill Pacific Blue cross and Telus health plans. Additional direct billing varies by practitioner (including Sunlife, Medavie and Green Shield) Please refer to your practitioner’s bio for specific coverage. Please note we DO NOT direct bill ICBC and WCB

All available appointments are displayed online. If you can’t find a time that works with your schedule, please add yourself to our cancellation list
To ensure availability for all patients, we allow ONE BOOKING PER WEEK.
If you’ve previously saved your credit card on file, please note that due to Jane’s recent changes in payment processing providers, you may be required to re-enter your card details before booking.
