Colin graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2015. He has adopted a method of treating that emphasizes patient-centered care, offering an environment that is both supportive and adaptable. Colin utilizes a holistic approach when assessing and working with patients, acknowledging the complexities of the body and how a wide array of factors contribute to an individual’s well-being. Colin is intentional in understanding the goals of each patient he works alongside, and takes a hands-on approach in helping them achieve their optimal health. With a scope of light, moderate, and deep techniques, Colin applies a broad variety of myofascial, joint mobilization, and stretching modalities to best assist patients in reaching their goals. Colin has experience working with a diverse range of individuals, and is passionate in helping patients of all ages. From peri-natal care, to recovery from injury, to rehabilitation after surgery, to athletes of all levels, and those enduring the demands of a career, Colin understands that each patient presents differently and he works to offer a treatment plan best suited to their needs.

Fascial Stretch and Massage is a pain-free, mostly supine, therapist-assisted method of stretching the whole body using traction and gentle oscillating movements to decompress joints and lengthen fascial tissues, improving mobility and flexibility with added soft tissue work.
