I work with adults who are carrying a lot—often quietly. You might be living with the impacts of trauma, navigating anxiety or low mood, managing chronic pain, or healing after experiences of sexual violence. My role is to meet you with honesty, care, and respect, while also offering gentle challenge when it supports growth.
My work is informed by parts-based approaches, critical social perspectives, and EMDR therapy. I’m attentive not only to what you’re experiencing, but to the broader contexts shaping your life. Sessions are grounded, collaborative, and human, with room for compassion, curiosity, and the occasional moment of humour.
