Fire Cupping Therapy is the placement of heated glass cups on the skin to ease pain, stimulate blood flow, and remove toxins from the body. You can think of cupping as a reverse massage. Instead of pushing the muscles down, the cups use suction to loosen the muscles up. Often the cups will leave marks on the skin that resemble bruises, this is a result of all the blood rushing to the surface of the skin, and not due to broken blood vessels. Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture + RED light Therapy The same treatment as the Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture but with 20 mins of RED light therapy added while you are resting with the needles in. How it works; RED light therapy works in the same way that plants use chlorophyll to convert sunlight into energy. High intensity light emitting diodes (RED light) utilizing specific, proven wavelengths of light can trigger a natural biostimulatory effect in human tissue. Research has shown that RED light therapy can increase circulation, accelerate tissue repair, kill acne bacteria, decrease inflammation, improve skin tone, texture, and clarity, & decrease under eye wrinkles.

Pregnancy Cervical Ripening Acupuncture treatments help to prepare the body for labour. These treatments begin at 36 weeks and are recommended to be done weekly until labour occurs.

Pregnancy Initial treatment and Assessment is for anyone who needs support at any point in their pregnancy. This will be our first time meeting and we will do a thorough health and wellness intake.
