Cassidy Hoffert
SaveCassidy graduated in 2024 from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Her practice is built on a patient-centred approach, with a focus on relaxation-based Swedish massage that integrates targeted trigger point release, passive stretching, and fascial techniques. While she has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic and systemic conditions, she enjoys a clinical focus on addressing headaches, migraines, stress, anxiety and nerve impingements.

Cassidy also takes a particular interest in supporting patients through their pregnancy journeys with pre and postnatal care. She is dedicated to further expanding her knowledge and skills in women’s health. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health and long-term physical well-being.
Outside the clinic, Cassidy tries to stay active at the gym, running, or exploring local hiking trails. She values quality time with her friends and family and brings that same sense of connection to her patient care.

CALL TO BOOK. This appointment is for new patients/newborns under 4 months old. Sessions include gentle manual therapy, CFT and CST to improve function, nervous system regulation, support oral ties and feeding issues, and relieve tension. Note: Sessions are baby-led and can be done while feeding, playing, or resting. Appointments may end early depending on baby’s tolerance.
CALL TO BOOK. This appointment is for new or existing patients to the clinic that are between 5months to 12yr old. Certified pediatric massage is a gentle and adaptive treatment tailored to your child’s needs to help reduce tension, regulate their nervous system and promote structural alignment from pre-crawling ages to pre-teen sports.

If you are booking for cesarean scar massage, please wait until you are at least six weeks postpartum and you have not had any incision infections or complications with healing.

CALL TO BOOK. This appointment is for new or existing patients to the clinic. CFT is a gentle hands-on treatment to support nervous system regulation and reduce fascial tension to restore ease of movement. Please wear comfortable flexible clothes as this session is fully clothed.
