Chantel uses a combination of relaxation techniques and targeted soft tissue therapy to restore muscle balance, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing process. She believes massage therapy is most effective when combined with appropriate stretching and strengthening, helping clients achieve lasting results beyond the treatment room.
Her massages incorporate various soft tissue techniques and styles, assisted stretching, and relaxation techniques, tailored to each client’s individual needs.

CALL TO BOOK. This appointment is for new patients/newborns under 4 months old. Sessions include gentle manual therapy, CFT and CST to improve function, nervous system regulation, support oral ties and feeding issues, and relieve tension. Note: Sessions are baby-led and can be done while feeding, playing, or resting. Appointments may end early depending on baby’s tolerance.

Certified pediatric massage is a gentle and adaptive treatment tailored to your child’s needs to help reduce tension, regulate their nervous system and promote structural alignment from pre-crawling ages to pre-teen sports.
