She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation. Her academic background and experience as a multi-sport athlete provides her with a strong foundation in biomechanics, injury rehabilitation, and sports performance. All core elements in her holistic and client-centred approach to care.
Chelsi specializes in creating personalized exercise programs tailored to each individual's goals. Whether you're recovering from an injury, enhancing athletic performance, or improving overall fitness and well-being, her empathetic and collaborative style fosters a supportive environment that empowers clients to take an active role in their health journey.
In addition to her kinesiology expertise, Chelsi is certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). This gentle, targeted approach to assisted stretching helps clients improve mobility, increase flexibility, reduce pain, and manage stress, making it a valuable complement to her movement-based treatments.
