Hi, I'm Christine and I am a certified childbirth educator and certified lactation counsellor. In my prior schooling, I focused on early childhood education (RECE) & children’s mental health. I also have an Honours BSc in biological sciences where I enjoyed courses in developmental biology, nutrition, and psychology. I am a mom to a busy 6 and 3 year old. My 6 year old was who sparked my urge to bring more education to the perinatal world after feeling a bit lost during my birthing experience. Education and support can be very empowering and that’s my ultimate goal; to empower parents-to-be and postpartum parents through their journey.
When I’m not talking all about babies, you can find me teaching children in nature, climbing in a tree, baking, or going on adventures with my kiddos.
I believe that parents need support throughout the journey and that postpartum doesn’t stop at 6 weeks. I am excited to share my knowledge with those in the community.

If you're looking to better understand your baby or toddler’s sleep or need support with minor sleep disruptions, a Sleep Education call is a great place to start. Ahead of our call, you’ll complete a Sleep Intake Form to share details about your child’s sleep experiences. During the 60-minute session, we’ll review your intake, talk through any concerns, and create personalized, actionable steps tailored to your family. After our conversation, you’ll receive a written summary of everything we discussed to support you moving forward with confidence. The Sleep Education Call is available to families with little ones aged 0-3 years.
The Sleep Foundations Call is designed for expectant families who want to feel informed, prepared, and confident about their baby’s sleep before they arrive. Whether you’re feeling unsure about what’s normal, curious about sleep “regressions,” or hoping to build gentle, healthy sleep habits from the start, this session offers clarity and reassurance during a time that can feel full of unknowns. We’ll begin with a short intake form so I can understand your priorities, questions, and any specific concerns. During our call, we’ll explore the science behind infant sleep, why babies sleep the way they do, how their sleep develops over time, and what you can realistically expect in the early weeks and months. We’ll also walk through common changes in sleep often referred to as “regressions,” so you can recognize what’s happening and respond with confidence. You’ll learn how to spot signs that your baby’s sleep may be outside the range of typical, and when additional support might be helpful. After our conversation, you’ll receive a summary of key takeaways and practical guidance you can revisit once your baby arrives. The Sleep Foundations Call is ideal for families in the third trimester or those preparing to welcome a new baby in the coming months. For a $150 investment, this call includes: - Intake Form, reviewed by me prior to our call - 45-60 min Sleep Foundations Call tailored towards your goals - follow-up email summarizing our call
The Two-Week Sleep Support Package is designed for families who want to uncover the root causes of sleep disruptions and receive ongoing support as they make meaningful changes. Whether you're navigating split nights, frequent wakings or feeds, false starts, or transitions like moving your baby or toddler to their own room—this package offers the guidance and accountability you need. We’ll begin with a detailed Sleep Intake Form, followed by a 60-minute Sleep Education Call where we’ll review your intake, discuss your concerns, and develop a personalized, actionable sleep plan tailored to your child and family. After the call, you’ll receive a written summary outlining everything we discussed. From there, you’ll have two weeks of weekday email support, with check-ins up to once per day. I’ll be there to answer questions, provide suggestions, and support you through any challenges or transitions as they arise. The Two-Week Sleep Support Package is available to families with little ones aged 0-3 years.
