I graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2013. I have
also completed a degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Moncton in 2011.
I have various experience in my physiotherapy career with a wide range of clientele in various
clinical settings. I also had the opportunity to provide physiotherapy services in remote Northern Canada in the Northwest Territories prior to making Fort McMurray my home in 2019.
I have a strong passion for client centered care. I strive to provide my patients with the tools
they need to guide their rehabilitation with a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic
exercises and education. Over the years, I have completed additional training in painscience, McKenzie Method in treating neck and back pain, anatomical acupuncture and dry needling certification.
Outside of work, I love maintaining an active lifestyle with spending time outside hiking with my dog, skiing and golfing. I am also able to provide physiotherapy services in French.

Book this appointment for your first visit following a concussion. Your assessment will include visual, vestibular, balance and cervical spine testing. Your Therapist will discuss symptom management strategies with you and you will work with your therapist to build an individual treatment plan. *Please arrive 15 mins before your scheduled appointment

Baseline testing involves screening your vestibular & ocular systems as well as assessing your balance (proprioception), cognition and cervical spine. A detailed medical history will also be taken. In the future if a concussion is sustained these baseline values will be used to assess your rehabilitation progress.

Book this appointment after your first assessment for post concussion syndrome. This is where you will work with your Therapist to progress your exercises as well as address any neck issues you may be experiencing.

This area of Physical Therapy is for infants and toddlers who are having concerns with developmental milestones, gross motor skills or head shape/tilt. You can also book a Pediatric Assessment if you do not have any direct concerns but are looking for guidance on how to support your infant in developing gross motor skills

This is a follow up treatment for your infant or toddler after their initial visit. Your Therapist will continue to work with them to reach their motor development goals.

Your first visit for Women's Pelvic Health will involve a detailed discussion of your condition followed by an examination to further assess your bladder, pelvic floor health and pelvic floor muscle strength & activation. Education is a vital component to this assessment and you will learn a lot about your body and your specific issues. Most importantly you will learn that you do not have to live with pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence and that treatment is effective and empowering. This session is in a private treatment room and will last 60 minutes.

This is a follow up treatment after the initial visit & assessment. Treatment is one on one with your Therapist in a private room for 30 minutes. We will address your issues and work together at correcting the dysfunction. Correct activation of your pelvic floor is the vital component and it is NOT just about doing Kegals!

The assessment is a thorough discussion of your medical history followed by a detailed biomechanical and neurological assessment. The assessment also includes your first Physical Therapy treatment.
