Claudia grew up Figure skating and dancing in Toronto, which sparked her interest in the health and wellness field. She always knew she wanted to help people move and feel better through manual work.
Claudia graduated from the University of Toronto in Kinesiology and received her massage therapy diploma at Sutherland-Chan school of massage therapy. Along with her background in personal training and fascial stretch therapy, she understands that injuries go beyond the treatment space and need to be addressed through remedial care.
