Clo has over 35 years of experience in the field of Mental Health and Counselling. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. Clo is well versed in helping individuals overcome challenges that interfere with healthy functioning such as addiction issues, grief and loss, traumas (acute, complex or developmental), and general mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. Other areas of expertise are parenting and parent-child-relationships, postpartum adjustment and depression, as well as couple relationship distress.
