Daniel is a Registered Kinesiologist at Back In Action. He is an outgoing, dedicated, and methodical practitioner who specializes in musculoskeletal health & movement biomechanics. His primary modes of treatment include stretch therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and rehabilitative exercise prescription. He also utilizes a variety of other manual therapies including, but not limited to, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), muscle energy techniques (MET), active and passive flexibility, and balance & mobility training. His goal as a practitioner is to positively impact and more importantly, educate his clients on the importance of making physical activity a daily habit. Daniel is committed to helping his clients to understand HOW and WHY functional movement, mobility, and exercise is paramount to living their healthiest, best lives.

Extended treatment session designed for multiple or complex injuries/conditions, or for those who feel they need extra time and focused care. A thorough health and injury history combined with a comprehensive physical examination. This hands-on assessment will evaluate movement patterns, strength, flexibility, and functional limitations to help identify the root cause of your concern. The assessment will guide a focused treatment and rehabilitation plan to support your recovery, improve performance, and help prevent future injuries. Treatment will be included in this visit.
For all patients. Intended for patients who have not seen our Athletic Therapists for more than 6 months or have a new injury or concern they would like assessed. We will complete a brief health and injury history combined with a physical examination. This hands-on assessment will evaluate movement, strength, mobility, and function to help guide a focused treatment and rehabilitation plan to assist in your recovery.
