As a kinesiologist and personal trainer at Able Wellness, Daniel provides a unique training environment including Pilates, ICBC Active Rehab and strengthening training for himself and his clients.
He is dedicated to helping people reach their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being through exercise, nutrition, and injury rehabilitation.
Daniel did his major in Human Kinetics at TWU where he worked as an athletic therapist while he studied towards his degree. Daniel had always been a sportsperson since high school. He was the captain of the cross country team in high school as well as a part of the swimming team where he eventually worked at the Special Olympics as a swimming instructor.
Daniel’s passion for sports and rehabilitation led him to Trinity Western University, where he studied kinesiology and worked as a student athletic therapist. During this time, Daniel honed his skills and gained valuable experience in helping athletes recover from injuries and improve their performance.
