Daniela has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO since 2021. Before Massage Therapy, Daniela completed her BSc, in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, in 2017. During University, she worked with varsity athletes, applying exercise and rehabilitation. This experience motivated her to get into a profession that helps the public return to their normal daily activities, which led her to massage therapy.
Daniela enjoys working with all types of clients. Her treatments are tailored to each client’s specific goals and needs, from impairment-based injuries, to relaxation. Daniela works best incorporating stretching techniques into treatments, providing particular homecare for clients, and giving proper education on injury prevention.
In her spare time, Daniela enjoys being active, hanging out at the cottage, and spending time with family and friends. She hopes to continue her learning and expand her knowledge through specialized courses in the future!

A fusion of heat from basalt lava stones and Swedish techniques is the ultimate therapeutic blend to release sensitive tissues. Not recommended for those with arthritis. A good choice for fibromyalgia.
Incorporates Swedish massage techniques, and the weight of heated basalt rocks to ground, and relax you. Warmed rocks placed at key locations target our nervous system, melt tensions, and coax the mind to still, and let go.
Cupping therapy enhances the therapeutic effect of the massage treatment by addressing deep fascial restrictions and limitations which increases circulation to areas that have chronic muscle tension or injury. There are various cupping therapy techniques that can be applied in treatment such as "dynamic" (movement along the skin surface) or "static" (applied, and held still in one position on the skin). Cups are used strategically to achieve different therapeutic benefits.
