If you’re navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery—or simply looking to move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body—Danielle is here to support you with a plan that fits your life.
Danielle Marshall, Kin is a BCAK-certified kinesiologist who creates personalized, evidence-based movement programs designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re recovering from injury, returning to exercise, or working toward specific goals, Danielle focuses on helping you build strength, improve mobility, and reduce pain in a way that feels sustainable and realistic.
With additional training in pre- and postnatal exercise, ergonomics, and concussion rehabilitation, Danielle supports a wide range of patients through different stages of life and recovery. Her sessions combine strength training, functional movement, and breathwork to improve how your body moves and feels—both in the clinic and in your day-to-day life.
Danielle’s approach is collaborative, supportive, and empowering. She takes the time to understand your goals, adapt to your needs, and guide your progress so you feel confident every step of the way.
Outside the clinic, Danielle enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors—bringing that same appreciation for movement into the way she supports her patients.
