Debra Vanderaar – STOTT Pilates Certified Instructor
Debra discovered Rehabilitative Pilates in 2017 while searching for solutions to a recurring running injury. Experiencing the restorative benefits firsthand, she began practicing Mat Pilates and quickly developed a deep passion for the method.
That passion inspired her to pursue certification as a STOTT Pilates Instructor. Today, Debra is dedicated to continually expanding her knowledge and refining her practice, so she can bring the very best to her clients.
She is grateful to share her love of Pilates with others, helping them move with greater strength, balance, and confidence—while experiencing the same healing benefits that transformed her own journey.

Private Pilates sessions are designed for your unique needs. A Pilates movement practice helps build body awareness, integrate core, stabilization, strengthening, increase range of motion, improve your posture and manage pain and injuries. It is also beneficial for Athletes to improve balance, core strength, agility and overall performance. Different modalities such as Mat, Reformer and small props will be used to help you get the most out of every workout.
