Diana is a Registered Social Worker specializing in Infant & Toddler Parenting, with over 12 years of experience supporting families through the beautiful, and often very overwhelming, early years. She is especially passionate about helping parents make sense of what’s really going on beneath their child’s behaviour, so those big feelings and big behaviours start to feel a little less confusing and a lot more understandable.
At the heart of Diana’s work is a belief that connection changes everything. She helps parents discover small, everyday ways to build trust and closeness with their child during play, routines, transitions, and even the hardest moments of the day. Diana understands how quickly parenting advice can become overwhelming or feel impossible to apply in real life, and so she works hard to keep her support practical, grounding, and doable within the reality of busy family life.
With a background in attachment, infant and early childhood mental health, and play-based approaches, Diana supports families navigating a wide range of challenges, including emotional regulation, big behaviours, sibling transitions, and strengthening the parent-child relationship.

Required first appointment. This parent-only consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your concerns, family history, developmental questions, and goals for support. The clinician will determine whether Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Counselling is the right fit and develop recommendations for next steps. Parents attend without their child.
This appointment is for those using Social Work private health insurance coverage. Please check with your insurance provider. It can be booked under the parent’s or baby's name. Please note that there is a $30.00 in-home service fee that is NOT covered by insurance.

For new clients seeking more information regarding our Rooted Beginnings Postpartum Wellness program. We ask that you verify your insurance coverage for social work prior to meeting.
Parent-only counselling and coaching focused on understanding your child's emotional needs, strengthening attachment, and developing strategies to support family relationships between in-person visits.
Services are provided within a supervised program model. Clinical oversight, assessment, care planning, and accountability are maintained by a Registered Social Worker.
*Please note the rate for this appointment will be increasing to $110.00 + HST as of July 1, 2026. Review of progress, implementation challenges, caregiver concerns, and factors impacting sleep goals. Includes ongoing recommendations, and care plan adjustments under the supervision of a Registered Social Worker.
