Aaron is a chiropractor with a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and feel their best, no matter their starting point.
He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and holds a Master’s in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, giving him a strong foundation in human movement and musculoskeletal health.
As a former competitive figure skater and lifelong athlete, Aaron understands the demands of training, performance, and recovery. He works to find and address the root cause of pain or limitation, combining hands-on treatment with targeted movement strategies to restore function and build resilience. His approach helps clients navigate everything from everyday aches to more complex concerns, including concussion recovery (CCMI certification) and TMJ-related pain.
Whether you are dealing with an old injury, new discomfort, or simply want to keep your body performing at its best, Aaron will guide you through a plan that is tailored to your needs and focused on lasting results.

Baseline testing provides a pre-injury overview of brain and physical function to support safe return-to-play decisions. Your appointment will include testing across memory, balance, vision, and reaction time, all designed to give us an accurate snapshot of your healthy brain function. This helps us manage any future concussion with clarity and confidence. Please do not book if you’ve had a concussion within the past 2 months.
