I grew up in Port Coquitlam and did my undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at UBC Okanagan and then moved to Toronto to complete my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I love going to the gym, running and spending my spare time with my friends and family.
My treatment approach as a chiropractor integrates targeted soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, and manipulations to restore optimal movement and reduce pain. I emphasize active rehabilitation strategies to help patients build strength, improve function, and prevent future injuries, focusing on personalized care that supports long-term wellness and performance
I have a special interest in treating low back pain, shoulder pain, sports injuries and supporting seniors in staying mobile and independent.

A Golf Swing Analysis evaluates golfers of all levels for physical limitations which can inhibit swing efficiency, durability, and your golf game overall. Using the TPI Physical Screen as a baseline, we look at your Body-Swing Connection to see where you can focus your training to become a better golfer and have more fun on the course. You will leave with increased knowledge of how your body moves as well as a home exercise program to optimize your game. This appointment is led by a Registered Physiotherapist who is Certified Golf Expert Level 1 & 2 by the Titleist Performance Institute and can be billed to your extended benefits, if applicable. Please note, you do NOT need your clubs for this assessment. Your TPI Certified Golf Physiotherapist will take you through a research-backed assessment of the biomechanics and movements required to optimize your golf swing.
