Dr. Andrea Sulyok, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She has a strong focus on women’s hormonal and immune health by closely examining how these systems are shaped by metabolic function and nervous system regulation.

This initial naturopathic appointment is designed exclusively for F45 Challenge participants to optimize results, recovery, and overall health during the challenge. Your visit includes a comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle, energy, digestion, sleep, stress, hormonal health and goals, along with a body composition analysis to assess muscle mass, body fat, and hydration status. We will discuss personalized nutrition guidance to support training, recovery, and metabolic health, and identify factors that may be limiting progress such as hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, or blood sugar dysregulation. Bloodwork and functional testing may be recommended where clinically appropriate to better understand underlying contributors and create a targeted, sustainable plan. You will leave this appointment with a clear understanding of your body composition, personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance, evidence-based supplement and treatment options if appropriate, and a practical plan outlining next steps to support energy, recovery, and sustainable results throughout the F45 Challenge and beyond.
