Ashley is from Goulds, Newfoundland and graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Prior to completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Ashley completed a Bachelor of
Kinesiology (Honours) degree from the Memorial University of Newfoundland. She was heavily involved in sports throughout her life, which allowed her to be introduced to Chiropractic care and understand how beneficial it can be to living a healthy life.
Ashley is excited to help people of her home province feel better through chiropractic care.
Ashley’s goal as a chiropractor is to provide individualized evidence-based care that helps people live healthier and happier lives.
Ashley provides a number of different treatment options to ensure everyone gets the care that they need. This includes:
-spinal manipulative therapy/mobilizations
-instrument assisted soft tissue therapy
-exercise therapy
-patient education
-lifestyle modifications and much more!
