Dr. Cole Baldigara is a chiropractor whose passion is pain-free movement and golf. Having grown up playing competitive golf, he understands the connection between movement, mobility, and golf excellence. This led him to become Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 2 Medical Certified, and he now uses the TPI assessment to identify the areas where people could move better and stronger for a more optimal golf swing. He will get you hitting golf balls in your appointment, and he uses force plates to get all the information on how you move and generate force in your swing. If you want to know more about his Complete Golf Swing Assessment, follow this link to a video explaining his approach https://youtu.be/IJqL8IKM_M8?si=tx35ZQZNY38X3IOQ The 5 most common areas he works on with clients are swing efficiency, low point control, club head speed, joint and tissue range of motion, and helping golfers swing pain-free. He can often be found trying to break par on one of the many golf courses in the area, though sadly, this doesn’t happen as often anymore. He looks forward to meeting you and working with this great community.
