Dr. Daniel Birch is from British Columbia, Canada. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. After working as a Kinesiologist, he attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2015. After practicing for 7 years in North Vancouver, he is excited to be relocated to Toronto.
Dr. Birch strongly believes that collaborative multi-disciplinary care is vital for patient-focused treatment plans. He uses a diverse clinical approach combining chiropractic care, and exercise therapy from his background of being a Kinesiologist, as well as, Acupuncture, Active Release Techniques (ART®), instrument-assisted techniques, and exercise prescription.
Dr. Birch is inspired to work with people of all ages to help them reach their optimal health, function, and performance. His work experience has included headaches, back pain, neck pain, sport-specific injuries, overuse, TMJ disorders, and many other musculoskeletal conditions. Through these experiences, he has had the opportunity to work with various athletes and including many runners. Dr. Birch has attended numerous outreach programs as he is highly passionate about improving the health of his community.
In his spare time, Dr. Birch enjoys hockey, snowboarding, and ultra-marathon running.

This 60 min appointment is for new patients, or for patients who have not received acupuncture treatment at OCR within the past 9 months.
