Learn about different nutrients in produce and the importance of including a wide variety of colour. Review proteins, grains and dairy and get suggestions based on your unique needs. Talk about nuts, seeds, legumes and high-quality oils, and finish off by walking through the aisles to learn how to read nutrition labels, ingredient lists and discover healthy brands. All while shopping for quality ingredients for 2 new recipes! My goal is for you to leave feeling confident in choosing supportive foods for your health. You will be armed with knowledge and take away a few handouts so you can easily implement what you've learned.

For those interested or referred for an iron infusion. This appointment is to be done prior to an iron infusion. We review your recent bloodwork and review the iron infusion procedure and safety.

Please note that this booking is reserved for patients of the clinic who have been prescribed MIC injections by their ND. If you are new to the clinic and are interested in MIC injections, please give us a call and we can book you for an Initial Visit.
