Dr. Erica is a seasoned Naturopathic Doctor. With well over a decade in practice, she focuses on supporting on women’s health, fertility and pregnancy. She has made it her mission to help women achieve happy, healthy pregnancies, and to build resilient mothers.
In her practice, Dr. Erica routinely supports:

As a compassionate listener, Dr. Erica begins with a detailed intake, including a thorough workup and laboratory investigations, in order to arrive at an in-depth understanding of your health. She uses evidence-based natural medicine, including nutrition, supplementation, herbal medicine and lifestyle recommendations to help patients achieve lasting change.
Dr. Erica supports patients at any stage of the fertility process, beginning with preconception health for both partners. As well as providing natural fertility support, she has significant experience providing integrative care for couples undergoing IUI and IVF.
In pregnancy, Dr. Erica provides specific nutritional counselling for each trimester. She helps moms experience a more joyful pregnancy and postpartum by helping them navigate such concerns as fatigue, nausea or indigestion, stress and mood, as well as balancing weight and blood sugar levels.

The appointment will be virtual and you will receive a suggestion for a homeopathic remedy that can be purchased from local pharmacies.
