This class involves low intensity exercises designed to reduce pain and stiffness while increasing core strength, flexibility, and postural awareness. Duration: 2x/week for 1 hour 8 week program Please book an initial assessment with Dr. Bradley or Dr. Wright prior to starting this program.

This class is designed for Pre/Post hip replacement patients. Must be 8 weeks post surgery minimum. Classes are 1 hour duration, 2x/week for 8 weeks. This class will help to regain mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and walking gait. Please book an initial assessment with Dr. Bradley or Dr. Wright prior to starting this program.

This class is designed for knee replacements specific to Pre or Post knee replacement patients. Must be 8 weeks post surgery minimum. The program is 2x/week for 8 weeks. 1 hour sessions. This program will help regain mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, endurance and walking gait. Pre-registration required. For existing patients
