A 10-minute introductory session for new patients to learn about our services and ask questions. We'll briefly discuss your treatment goals, review extended health coverage and insurance options, and help you determine which treatment options best fit your needs.

An Initial exam is comprised of three parts: i) a detialed history of your condition; ii) a physical examination of your movement and iii). Treatment of your condition. The goal is to reduce as much pain possible, while increase movement capacity in every session.

40 minute treatment sessions give us the extra time we need when treating 2 conditions or when you haven't seen us for over 3 months and we need to get reacquainted. Treatments may include hands on muscle therapy, acupuncture, graston, cupping and movement fundamentals. Each condition influences the timeline of healing, rest assured that we aim to be as efficient and effective as possible. **All new patients must been seen for the initial assessment prior to booking this appointment**

Orthotic serve as a transitional aid in the journey toward strengthening the body. These customized devices provide targeted support to address imbalances and promote optimal alignment, facilitating improved mobility and comfort. While initially aiding in the correction of biomechanical issues, orthotics are strategically used as part of a broader plan to strengthen the body. Through targeted exercises and rehabilitative practices, the ultimate goal is to empower individuals to gradually reduce reliance on orthotics, fostering long-term strength and stability. The Process When you come in for an orthotic casting you are scheduled for a 30 minute session with one of our knowledgeable practitioners. During that time you will experience an assessment and treatment to areas of concern before casting is completed. Upon casting a deposit of 50% is taken with the remaining balance due when the orthotic is dispensed. For orthotics to be covered with extended health insurance you may require a prescription from your family physician. We provide all the other required documentation for submission to extended health insurances.
