Optimize your athletic performance and accelerate recovery in our private wood barrel sauna, a sanctuary built for up to six people. This isn't just a place to unwind; it's a powerful tool to help you train harder and recover faster. Our sauna uses intense heat to boost your body's natural processes. The warmth causes your blood vessels to dilate, improving circulation and delivering vital oxygen and nutrients to your muscles. This enhanced blood flow helps reduce muscle soreness and fatigue, making it easier to bounce back from intense workouts. Regular use has been shown to improve muscle strength, power, and endurance, giving you a competitive edge. Beyond physical benefits, the sauna is an excellent way to unwind mentally. It helps your mind and body de-stress, preparing you for the next challenge. Make sure to bring your own water bottle and towel to stay hydrated. You must be over 18 to book.
Push your limits and bounce back faster with our cold plunge, a powerful tool for athletic recovery. This isn't just about a quick dip; it's a strategic part of your training. The immediate cold constricts blood vessels, which helps to reduce inflammation and soreness in your muscles after a tough workout. This leads to faster recovery, so you can get back to training at your best. As your body warms up afterward, blood rushes back to your muscles, helping to flush out waste products and improve circulation. Beyond the physical benefits, the cold plunge offers a serious mental edge. It helps you build stress resilience—the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure—and provides a boost of mental clarity that can translate directly to your performance. Embrace the challenge and unlock a new level of recovery and mental toughness.
