The second visit is typically scheduled one week after your first. This visit takes place 'in-house'. During this visit, your Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Reid, will review your diet diary, any supplements you are taking as well as go over any lab work you may have. She will conduct a focussed physical exam if necessary for pertinent concerns, as well as any outstanding lab work, including PAP testing, should it be needed. Dr. Reid will then formulate a customized treatment plan to address your health concerns, steering you towards your goals. Like any journey, it all begins with a single step!
