Dr. Paige is passionate about helping people feel their best by understanding what their bodies need and supporting long-term wellness.
Dr. Paige completed her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, after earning a Master of Science in Clinical Anatomy and a Bachelor of Science from Western University. Her background in anatomy and biomedical sciences gives her a deep appreciation for how interconnected the body truly is, a perspective that continues to shape her work every day.

Her philosophy is to blend the best available evidence with traditional approaches to enhance health and bridge the gap between conventional and naturopathic medicine. She believes that healing is a partnership. Her role is to guide, educate, and empower you with the tools you need to take an active role in your well-being. When patients feel supported and informed, meaningful and sustainable healing becomes possible.
In practice, Dr. Paige uses a range of therapies including lifestyle optimization, nutritional counselling, botanical medicine, and acupuncture. She is also certified in Facial Acupuncture, offering a holistic approach to both inner and outer wellness.
Dr. Paige is in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and she is also a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND).
When Dr. Paige is not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her at a strength and conditioning class, testing new recipes in the kitchen, or exploring neighbourhoods around Toronto.

During this complimentary meet and greet, you will speak with Dr. Trowell to discuss your concerns, health goals and interest in naturopathic medicine. This will be done over the phone. Dr. Trowell will share information regarding her approach and some perspective on how to best support you. Her passion is in women's health, fertility and pediatric care. This includes assessment of your health and important lifestyle factors, including: diet, exercise, sleep, stress management and environmental exposures. A comprehensive treatment plan will be initiated, which often includes nutrition guidelines, wellness + fertility coaching, nutrient recommendations (incl. injections) and acupuncture. Laboratory and advanced assessment will be employed if relevant. Your plan will be geared towards successfully achieving your health goal (i.e. a healthy baby).

Initial consultation for IV Therapy, time inclusive of one IV Myers treatment. This appointment is for patients who would like to have IV therapy, with no other Naturopathic guidance. Blood work may be recommended before the next IV session, however, the first IV will be administered on the same day, provided that there is schedule availability, and that there are no risk factors in your health history. A supply fee of $70 or more will applied to this appointment at checkout for the cost of the IV supplies.
Initial Laser Consultation & Treatment. This appointment is required for non-existing patients of the clinic who do not desire any Naturopathic guidance that is not related to Laser. This is an intake appointment, designed to determine/eliminate any risk factors before performing Laser therapy, as well as to create a plan of action for your ongoing Laser treatment. The cost of this appointment is inclusive of one laser treatment.
This visit is for both Mom and Baby (up to 1 year of age), especially the early months when new mothers are looking for support following delivery. This may mean help for healing C-section scars and improving milk supply - or just making sure that both mommy and baby are healthy and right on track!
